EY – CSS Leader – Senior Manager
The Counstulting Support Services Leader will oversee and optimize the operational processes that support market activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability. This role involves managing end-to-end market operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of market strategies.
Your key responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage market operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Process Optimization
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows and implement automation or process improvement
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance to ensure operational excellence.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Mitigate operational risks through robust controls and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to support market initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between operations and senior leadership for reporting and decision-making
Technology & Innovation
- Drive adoption of tools and platforms that enhance operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into market operations.
Team Development
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years in market operations or related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and process improvement initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of market structures, trading processes, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma
- Financial Markets certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) if applicable
