- Maintain a deep, working understanding of system architecture, dependencies, data flows, and failure points.
- Own the technology roadmap, balancing innovation, resilience, cost, and practitioner impact.
- Partner closely with EY Technology, Architecture, Risk, Security teams, and external vendors to deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.

- Champion the responsible use of advanced analytics, AI, GenAI, and automation across BPM, Benchmarking, and Methods.
- Drive innovation, automation, and process streamlining to improve efficiency, scalability, and practitioner experience.
- Oversee POCs through production grade implementations, ensuring solutions are governed, explainable, supportable, and compliant.
- Balance innovation with risk management, quality assurance, and control, especially where AI outputs influence client pursuits or delivery.
- Enable API driven integration between platforms, analytics layers, and external systems where appropriate.
- Collaborate with firm stakeholders to prepare M3 CoE data, platforms, and content for AI driven application development, ensuring solutions are enterprise ready, governed, scalable, and aligned to firm architecture and risk standards.
