CBS - Procurement Supervising Associate

Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
Job Description :
- Manage and process non-routine procurement requests across categories such as Office Equipment, IT, Talent, Marketing, and etc.
- Monitor non-routine requests and review reports to track and resolve outstanding items.
- Supervise and review the work of procurement team members related to non-routine requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review reports on outstanding Purchase Orders (POs) and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Handle contractual requests, including reviewing contracts.
- Coordinate with the Global Compliance Office (GCO) legal team for contract review and approval.
- Manage procurement requests involving overseas vendors, ensuring compliance with global procurement policies as well as liaising with Global Procurement Leader.
- Approve Shopping Cart transactions as a buyer within the SAP (Mercury) system.
- Ensure that all requests comply with applicable risk management regulations.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for certain projects requested by Finance Team.
- Monitor the progress for certain project such as renovation projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
Requirement :
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering, finance and accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably with 1-2 years in a supervisory level or team lead capacity.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms (Fluency in SAP is a significant plus).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong understanding of procurement end to end processes, sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate supplier performance, cost structures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure that all requests from the custodian or end user are managed and delivered in timely manner.
