Major Responsibilities/Duties

• Participate in projects related to Circular 14/2025/TT-NHNN, Circular 83/2025/TT-NHNN, Circular 13, Circular 41, Basel II, Basel III & Best Practice with the components of Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk and Asset-Liability Management (ALM);
• Develop tools for core area of Market Risk management and ALM, propose recommendations to enhance Market risk management and ALM frameworks;
• Validate Market risk and ALM models for clients and provide recommendations to improve or correct their models;
• Potentially participate in public sector consulting projects, specifically capital market improvement/development projects;
• Prepare, organize and conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to clients and team members;

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience, majoring in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or Mathematics.
• Demonstrate a commitment to build a career in the banking sector, with a specialization in Risk Management and/or Asset-Liability Management (including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk in Banking book), as well as Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).
• FRM, CFA, or PRM qualifications (completed or in progress) are a plus.
• Knowledge of databases and programming, with exposure to tools such as SQL, Oracle, R, etc., is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
