  • Contribute analysis and documentation for workstreams related to global strategy, operating model calibration, accountability structures, and interlock mechanisms
  • Support development of process maps, role clarity documents, design options, and decision-rights frameworks
  • Assist in identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and simplification opportunities

Cost Reduction And Productivity Programs

  • Support data collection, cost driver analysis, benchmarking, and benefit-tracking for productivity and simplification programs
  • Prepare working files, tracking templates, and dashboards for leadership use
  • Monitor progress against targets and highlight risks or variances

Governance And Stakeholder Support

  • Prepare draft materials for governance forums, leadership discussions, and cross-functional working groups
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and repositories for project assets
  • Support Supervising Associates in coordinating with Global Strategy, Finance, Talent, Technology, and other teams

Program Management Support

  • Assist in maintaining project plans, milestones, and action trackers
  • Support meeting preparation: agendas, pre‑reads, detailed notes, follow‑up actions
  • Help ensure timely delivery against workstream timelines and deliverables

Deliverable Preparation

  • Create clear, high-quality working materials — charts, tables, models, and first drafts of presentations
  • Support development of leadership-ready decks by gathering inputs, structuring content, and preparing visuals

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with complex datasets and financial/operational information.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau—added advantage)
  • Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with strong documentation discipline
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize complex information clearly
  • Strong work ethic, ownership, and willingness to learn and operate in ambiguous contexts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across geographies, time zones, and functions

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2–4 years of experience in one or more of:
    • business analysis
    • corporate strategy or transformation support
    • PMO / program support
    • financial or operational analysis
    • consulting or similar roles
  • Strong analytical foundation with demonstrated experience in Excel and data manipulation.
  • Experience preparing slides, reports, or analytical summaries

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Exposure to strategy execution, operating model design, cost optimization, or organizational analysis.
  • Experience working with large, matrixed organizations.
  • Basic understanding of business enablement functions (Finance, Talent, Operations, etc.)
