At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The Opportunity

EY.ai Simulation Hub helps Fortune 500 clients navigate the evolving AI landscape through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development. We build working demonstrations that prove value before clients commit resources, validate emerging technologies from strategic partners, and enable confident AI adoption.

The EY.ai Simulation Hub Manager transforms EY's Super Region data teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC into self-sufficient AI prototyping labs through structured training programs, reusable demo assets, and community-driven knowledge sharing. This role scales the Simulation Hub's proven methods from a centralized innovation team into a distributed global capability.

Core Responsibilities

As the EY.ai Simulation Hub Manager, you'll scale the Hub's AI prototyping methodology globally through structured bootcamps, reusable assets, community engagement, and alliance partnerships. You'll enable Super Region data teams to independently build AI data demonstrations, support them through activation, and measure program impact across all geographies.

  • Design and deliver 3-4 training programs (e.g., bootcamps, workshops) teaching internal EY teams and select clients how to build AI data demos and supplemental documentation independently.
  • Develop reusable data enablement tools including demo templates, synthetic data templates, slide decks, “how-to” guides, and technical documentation for Super Region data teams to leverage in client engagements.
  • Create activation plans for Super Region data teams defining clear progression from initial training through independent client delivery with measurable milestones.
  • Build and sustain a community where EY employees share knowledge, troubleshoot challenges, celebrate wins, and collaborate to improve AI data demos.
  • Support Super Region data teams from training to client delivery, providing resources and escalation to the Core Simulation Hub team when needed.
  • Manage the GDS Training Pod to ensure alignment with Core Simulation Hub quality standards and development timelines.
  • Partner with Microsoft, NVIDIA, and other strategic alliance partners to co-build AI data demos and create enablement narratives for showcases and events.
  • Track and report enablement program performance metrics and impact across Super Regions to leadership.

Skills

Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in enablement, program management, or capability building with demonstrated ability to scale programs
  • Experience designing training materials, onboarding programs, or documentation that accelerates user adoption
  • Strong metrics-driven approach with ability to track program performance and report outcomes to leadership
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, data analytics, or technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and building new AI data programs from scratch in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Ideal Candidate Also Has

  • Experience in consulting, innovation labs, or centers of excellence (Big 4, tech firms, or similar) with exposure to client-facing AI data enablement or GTM support
  • Experience growing user adoption, developer communities, or platform engagement programs
  • Background in data governance, synthetic data generation, or AI/ML prototyping
  • Prior coordination of shared services resources
