About Enterprise Technology
Enterprise Technology (ET) delivers reliable, secure, and high‑quality technology services that enable EY people to work effectively. The On-site Technology Support (OSTS) team provides hands‑on IT support within EY offices, ensuring a smooth day‑to‑day technology experience for employees.
What You’ll Do
As an OSTS Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in end‑user IT support within a professional services environment. Working closely with experienced IT professionals, you will assist with daily technology support activities while developing technical, customer service, and workplace skills. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to start a career in IT support. This role requires physical presence in the EY office.
During your internship, you will:
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of laptops, peripherals, and standard EY software
- Support new joiner and leaver processes, including preparing and collecting IT equipment
- Help resolve basic IT incidents related to firm‑standard software, hardware, and mobile devices, escalating when needed
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting, software reinstallation, and coordination of repairs
- Support IT asset management activities such as inventory tracking and equipment handling
- Provide assistance during office moves, meeting room setups, and firm‑sponsored events
- Work under close supervision and follow EY Technology processes and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field
- No prior full‑time experience required; coursework, internships, or personal IT projects are an advantage
- Basic familiarity with Windows devices, laptops, printers, and mobile technology is desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interest in Information Technology and End User Support
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and office technology
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to help others
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks with guidance
