The opportunity

Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the Europe Central region (33 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.

We are looking for a strong delivery-focused Product Manager who can confidently lead cross-functional initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and maintain control over scope and priorities.

Join a high-impact HR technology transformation at the point where 33 countries are being integrated into one Europe Central region (EC) and moving toward more standardized, scalable ways of working.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You are accountable for end-to-end product ownership, including:

  • Product strategy roadmap backlog delivery outcomes.
  • Solution quality, reliability, and readiness for the annual cycle.
  • Long-term evolution through enhancements, analytics, and integration.
  • A scalable BAU operating model so the product runs smoothly year after year.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation or change initiatives, ideally in an HR or people‑related context.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior HR and business audiences.
  • Solid project management foundation (planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and governance).
  • Experience driving process design, mapping, and standardization across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic intent with practical execution and long‑term sustainability.
  • Clear, structured communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors in an HR transformation or operational context.
  • Experience working in large, multi‑country or regional transformation programmes.
  • Background in HR operations, HR transformation, or enterprise process improvement.

What we are looking for:

This role requires someone who is comfortable challenging requests, driving standardization, and operating in an environment with competing demands.

Success depends on aligning strategy, process, data, and technology at scale. You will own the multi‑year roadmap for in-house compensation review solution and ensure the product evolves beyond “go‑live” into a sustainable, continuously improving platform that enables EC Talent to actively live its principles through the way processes and controls are designed into the solution. This role has the potential to grow and encompass other solution supporting key processes in Talent.
