Description

We are seeking a Manager – Technology Consulting (AI/GenAI & Agentic AI) with 10–15 years of overall experience, including 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML and GenAI/LLMs/Agentic AI. You will lead AI-led transformation for global clients—shaping strategy, architecting agentic AI workflows, and delivering end-to-end Proofs of Concept (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and production systems on cloud/on-prem.

This role includes consulting, applied AI engineering, and product development. You’ll run stakeholder discovery, translate complex business needs into working systems, and rapidly prototype using modern AI tooling. Day-to-day work is self-directed, with frequent client engagement and clear communication to both business and technical audiences.

The opportunity

You’ll advise clients on AI strategy and operating models and lead hands-on delivery of Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Conversational AI, and decision-support systems. You will design value frameworks, governance, and Responsible AI guardrails, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will also contribute to practice growth, reusable assets/accelerators, and mentoring.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and identify high-impact automation/augmentation use cases.
  • Define AI/GenAI/Agentic AI strategy, roadmaps, Target Operating Models, and value realization frameworks.
  • Establish Responsible AI principles—privacy, fairness, explainability, lineage.
  • Architect LLM-powered systems (RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool-calling, orchestration).
  • Rapidly Prototypes Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using Python, vector retrieval, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Implement Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps) and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps)—evaluation harnesses, prompt/versioning, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment, observability.
  • Manage multi-track program delivery—requirements to hypercare.
  • Ensure security/compliance Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), encryption, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and broader governance controls.
  • Support pre-sales, Request for Proposal, thought leadership, accelerators, and asset development.
  • Mentor Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Staff.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 10-15 years total experience including 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML and GenAI/LLMs/ Agentic AI.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Declarative Self-Improving Python (DSPy), OpenAI Assistants).
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI.
  • Hands-on experience implementing LLMOps, including tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases (W&B), LangFuse, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
  • Cloud experience across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong delivery management background.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced degree (M.Tech/MS/MBA) or premier institute background.
  • Cloud/AI certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML, GCP ML, PMP/Scrum).
  • Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse experience.
  • React/UI exposure
