Strategic Associate, Core Business Services - Talent Delivery Team (Mergers & Acquisitions) (Supervising Associate) (Multiple Positions) (1691610), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA.

Support the planning, execution and deployment of the people integration offering on M&A and workforce transformation projects. Project manage aspects of transaction lifecycle, perform analysis to understand underlying business performance issues and propose recommendations for change. Support the management of transaction budget, risks and issues, team management, reporting, timing, etc. Advise on changes to Talent operating models, Talent strategy, and advising on the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions and workforce transformation projects. Provide tangible value to the business through enhanced experience, increased efficiency, and reduced costs. Work as part of the overall Transaction Team which includes Risk, Quality, GCO and IT to mitigate risk associated with transaction activities. Network with others in a matrixed environment to develop, plan, and execute employee touch points throughout the transaction lifecycle. Deliver transformation on a global scale to ensure that both Talent and the business achieve their goals. Proactively participate in the development of the Talent Delivery Team (Mergers & Acquisitions) such as participate in a Community of Practice to help develop methodologies and/or tools in transactions. Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the Talent eco-system and with EY delivery partners.

Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Design, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Communications, Organizational Studies or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Design, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Communications, Organizational Studies or a related field and 2 years of related work experience.

Must have 2 years of experience participating in the execution of projects on a global level and/or to a dispersed client base, with experience across both emerging and developed markets.

Must have 2 years of experience participating in the embedding of change initiatives in a large professional services firm to deliver required results.

Must have 2 years of experience supporting the planning, execution and deployment of the people integration offering on M&A and Workforce Transformation projects and project managing aspects of the transaction lifecycle for post close integration up to 4 months after day 1.

Must have 2 years of experience demonstrating system thinking by recognizing the integration of process, organization and people, technology, and data and to achieve intended outcomes and to articulate change impacts to existing solutions and/or efforts to stakeholders.

Must have 2 years of experience supervising the project delivery of a required transaction output or work package, including deliver to cost, quality and time expectations.

Must have 2 years of experience supporting the delivery of complex global transactions, working with teams across functions and geographies to achieve deal objectives.

Must have 2 years of experience communicating with executive-level clients, and/or stakeholders.

Requires domestic travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
