About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

Lead end-to-end HR Operations excellence—from onboarding through offboarding—by driving data integrity, process standardization, and compliance across HRIS, payroll, and benefits. Orchestrate background checks, employment verifications, and HR documentation at scale while building analytics and reporting that inform decisions. Partner with HR, IT, and Compliance to streamline workflows, elevate employee experience, and enable audit readiness. Deliver continuous improvement through SOPs, automation, and KPI-driven governance to reduce cycle times, increase accuracy, and enhance risk controls.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee data within the HRIS, including regular audits, reconciliations, and data integrity checks.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards that provide insights for leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters and employment verifications, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to HR standards.
  • Oversee background check coordination and support compliance with labor laws, HR policies, audit requirements, and document retention standards.
  • Lead process documentation, optimization, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and control across HR operations.
  • Deliver responsive employee and manager support, addressing inquiries and guiding users on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.

Skills and attributes for success

  • 4–6 years HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience
  • Strong HR process knowledge across the employee lifecycle
  • Good HRIS experience (Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Solid background in employee data management and reporting
  • Experience with HR letters, verifications, and compliance workflows
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Process improvement mindset with ability to streamline workflows

Ideally, you’ll also

  • 3–5 years HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS transactions and workflows (Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Exposure to HR data audits, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Hire to Retire HR processes
  • Solid documentation, analytical, and process mapping skills
  • Experience supporting process improvements and operational initiative

  • Skilled in HR process execution, data accuracy, documentation, reporting, and workflow coordination across HR platforms and shared services environments.
  • Experienced in partnering with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into scalable, efficient HR processes.
  • Adept at troubleshooting HRIS issues, managing audits, supporting SLAs, and delivering high-quality operational support in fast paced environments, with strong expertise in data management and HR service delivery.
