If you are a fifth-year university student eager to take control of your future, now is your chance to apply for a full-time Junior Tax Consultant position at EY, starting after the summer, in September 2026.

We don’t mind if you are new to the world of taxes – we will teach you the theory as part of our internal training and help you navigate and apply it in practice. As a member of our team, you will be at the center of the action right from the start and in contact with major companies. You can become a member of one of our tax teams:

How can you secure your place in a tax team at EY in Slovakia?

You need to fulfill one condition — pass our selection process.

• Send us your CV by 31 March.
• Complete a short online test.
• Join us at our EY office in Bratislava on 9 April for the Assessment Center (AC).
• By mid-April, you could be celebrating your new job!
• If so, we’ll welcome you on 1 September at the start of your career :)

• A hands-on task where you can show your potential
• A real chance to soak up the atmosphere at EY
• And lunch together — of course, the bill is on us!

Your key responsibilities

• Participation in interesting projects: You will be involved in projects that cover various focus areas, such as international taxation, HR audits, due diligence or transfer pricing. This involvement will provide you with excellent hands-on experience and insight into how these focus areas function in practice.
• Teamwork: You will work with colleagues from both Slovakia and other countries on tax due diligence and acquisition projects, as well as on initiatives to establish new processes that promote innovation.
• Communication with clients: You will have the opportunity to meet directly with clients and assist them in addressing their needs, which will enhance your communication skills.
• Contributing to legislative development: You will also be involved in drafting changes to tax laws, thereby helping to shape a more favorable business environment in Slovakia.
• Innovation and research: You will have the opportunity to assist with R&D projects, collaborate with modern firms, and prepare professional articles and discussions related to your area of expertise.
• Analyses and opinions: You will cooperate with experienced colleagues to prepare professional opinions and analyses for our clients.
• Family business insight: You will gain unique insights into successful Slovak family businesses and their operations.
• Education and growth: We place great emphasis on continuous learning, providing you with opportunities to participate in professional training and seminars.
• International experience: As part of your career, you may later be offered the opportunity to travel and work in other EY offices, providing you with the chance to gain truly valuable experience.
