Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience in programming and DBMS
  • Possess Coding skills of 4+ years in Python, API design, Scala and database administration
  • Exposure and working knowledge of SQL data stores – Cloud native databases (RDS) or cloud agnostic data warehouses
  • Exposure to Spark programming
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, in data engineering or data analytics related domains.
  • 7+ years’ experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles within teams and/or organizations and using agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning.
  • 7+ years planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
  • 7+ years’ experience working within agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • 5+ years creating and delivering presentations, PowerPoint decks, and project plans.
  • 5+ years technology industry experience most recently in Banking & Financial Services sector
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data analytics
  • 4+ years working with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Clarity and/or Cloud-based platforms (Amazon Web Services)
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks (PMI).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools / technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques including User Stories, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good data analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels of the organization

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with AWS cloud and modern data platforms Snowflake
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
  • SAFe certified – SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master
  • Servant leadership experience as Scrum Master on an Agile Release Train
  • Understanding of and experience implementing Emerging Technologies
