Role Type Marketing Program Manager: GTM Specialist (B2B storyteller)
The opportunity
This role focuses on shaping how EY takes frontier Tech capabilities to market. The GTM storytelling specialist builds clear, compelling market narratives that help GCSPs and account teams have stronger client conversations and create new business opportunities. The role turns complex ideas into simple, credible stories that resonate with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
Leadership, Coordination, Marketing and Storytelling Expertise:
- Partner closely with senior Next Frontier leaders and client facing executives to craft insight led narratives around Next Gen AI, Quantum, and Physical AI.
- Translate complex, fast evolving frontier technologies into clear, compelling business stories that resonate with senior client audiences.
- Develop and embed structured storytelling frameworks that clearly articulate the value, impact, and real world relevance of Next Frontier capabilities.
- Lead the creation of high impact, executive ready content, including client presentations, points of view, case stories, and GTM activation materials.
- Support pursuits and client conversations by equipping account teams and GCSPs with strong, market facing narratives and talking points.
- Ensure consistency and quality across Next Frontier content, strengthen credibility and reinforcing EY’s differentiation in emerging technologies.
- Drive content and narrative activation efforts that help move frontier ideas from insight to client engagement and opportunity creation.
- Continuously refine stories based on client feedback, market signals, and evolving frontier capabilities.
Research and Insights:
- Research frontier technology trends across Next Gen AI, Quantum, and Physical AI to identify emerging client opportunities, use cases, and commercialization pathways.
- Translate technical and market signals into clear, insight led briefs, executive summaries, and narrative inputs that inform client conversations and GTM efforts.
- Synthesize inputs from industry experts, analysts, ecosystem partners, and internal SMEs to sharpen Next Frontier perspectives and points of view.
- Track market, regulatory, and technology shifts impacting frontier adoption, helping shape credible business stories and client ready implications.
- Support the development of compelling value stories and business cases by grounding Next Frontier narratives in real world evidence, market context, and outcomes.
Constant Refinement and Transformational Augmentation:
- Continuously review and refine Next Frontier narratives, insights, and content to improve clarity, relevance, and impact in client conversations and GTM efforts.
- Assess how POVs, stories, and activation assets are landing in the market, using feedback and signals to sharpen messaging and improve engagement.
- Strengthen go to market effectiveness by evolving frontier narratives to better support opportunity creation, pursuits, and demand generation.
- Track what is working across client interactions, leadership forums, and market activations, using insights to guide timely adjustments.
- Optimize channels, formats, and delivery approaches to ensure Next Frontier stories reach the right audience in the most effective way.
- Bring agility into storytelling by quickly adapting narratives as frontier technologies, client needs, and market conditions evolve.
- Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, ensuring Next Frontier content stays fresh, credible, and commercially relevant.
Partnering & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with Next Frontier Commercialization leader, GCSPs, pillar leaders, and cross‑functional collaborators to shape market‑ready storylines and validate messaging.
- Work iteratively with stakeholders to refine narratives, ensuring they are relevant, credible, and effective for senior client conversations.
- Bring together inputs from technology, industry, and GTM teams to create aligned, consistent storytelling across Next‑Gen AI, Quantum, and Physical AI.
- Build strong relationships that enable faster execution, smoother collaboration, and sharper market impact for Next Frontier initiatives.

- Engaging Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter with the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 12–15 years of experience across marketing, GTM, brand, or market facing roles, ideally in technology led or innovation driven environments.
- Proven experience in research, insight development, storytelling, and execution of strategic initiatives that support client engagement and commercialization.
- Strong understanding of go to market and sales enablement approaches, particularly in shaping narratives that support pursuits and opportunity creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, with a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Hands on proficiency with tools and platforms used for content creation, presentations, basic analytics, and project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, basic Excel) and digital tools required for effective content creation and dissemination.
