Data & AI Consultant – Tech Consulting

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and optimizing innovative data and AI-driven solutions across industries.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges, develop scalable data architectures, and apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enable clients to shape the future with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into impactful data and AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines, architectures, and AI models.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, NLP solutions, and predictive analytics use cases.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with governance frameworks.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to architect and deploy modern data platforms and AI solutions.
• Support data strategy and modernization projects, including migration, transformation, and visualization.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants to deliver end-to-end AI and data projects.
• Stay current with emerging trends in data engineering, AI, and generative AI, applying them to improve client outcomes.
• Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong technical background in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data processing and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution implementation (preferably in a consulting environment).
• Experience working on large-scale digital or AI transformation programs is an advantage.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
