The opportunity

EY is building an AI‑native consulting capability where strategy, transformation design, business value and execution come together. We are looking for an AI‑Native Senior Architect to help leading organizations turn ambiguous AI opportunities into structured, value-led transformations, spanning AI-Agentic business models, customer and service processes, operating models, and ways of working for the AI native era.

You will work with teams from early opportunity through delivery, turning loosely defined AI ideas into concrete, funded initiatives that are built, tested, and scaled in real operating environments. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, connects strategy with execution, and wants to shape how AI‑native organizations are built in practice.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will lead AI‑enabled business transformation initiatives end-to-end, from early value framing and roadmap definition to prototypes, experiments, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with clients to translate ambiguous demand, strategy, and business challenges into structured AI‑enabled transformation roadmaps and clear, measurable value cases.

You will co‑create future‑state AI‑agentic operating models and human‑managed, AI‑enabled workflows, leveraging leading AI tools and technologies. You will use AI tools natively throughout delivery, including research, design, hypothesis generation, scenario modelling, synthesis, and rapid prototyping.

Collaboration is central to this role. You will partner closely with Data & AI specialists to align business design, technical feasibility, and delivery‑ready execution. You will also help drive the adoption of AI‑native ways of working by shaping how teams and AI agents collaborate in practice.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience delivering AI‑ and technology‑driven transformation with hands‑on exposure to AI and modern technology
• Strong understanding of technology alliance ecosystems, including Microsoft, Snowflake and Databricks
• Solid understanding of AI‑native ways of working and the broader AI technology landscape
• Background in business transformation, operating model design, process redesign or digital transformation
• Strong client‑facing communication and workshop facilitation skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in digital product management or strategic development
• Experience in customer, sales, service or operational transformation
• Experience building business cases and value realization plans
• Familiarity with prototyping, agent workflows and AI‑native consulting practices
