We are looking for a Business Analyst (up to 3 years of experience) to join our CBS | Clients & Industries team at EY. This role is focused on supporting internal business development, growth, and market positioning initiatives across priority sectors and clients.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across service lines, sectors, and geographies, contributing to strategic analyses, market and client intelligence, and the development of proposals and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal business development and growth initiatives across Clients & Industries
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support go-to-market strategies, sector priorities, and client targeting
• Perform market, industry, and client research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Collect, structure, and analyse data related to clients, markets, sectors, and pipeline performance
• Support the preparation of internal and external materials, including proposals, credentials, presentations, and strategic reports
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of analyses and outputs in line with EY methodologies and internal standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, business development, consulting, strategy, marketing, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex information clearly
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals, markets, and value drivers
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience in internal consulting, business development, or commercial strategy roles
• Knowledge of marketing strategy, customer analysis, pipeline management, or go-to-market frameworks
• Interest in understanding industry dynamics and client needs across multiple sectors
