The opportunity
The position is for a social media manager within EY Global Delivery Services. The candidate will be supporting EY BMC teams.
As the social media manager, you will orchestrate end-to-end social media campaign execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with BMC program leaders and managers. By leveraging your proven expertise in social media management and brand & marketing, you will craft and execute strategic campaign plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and analyze performance metrics. Your role will also involve nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all social media campaigns align with our rigorous quality and effectiveness standards.
The candidate will be required to manage the creation, design, and publication of content on EY organization’s social media channels. He/she will be required to work very closely with marketers, designers, editors, and other approvers to publish relevant, insightful content. He/she should possess exceptional US English writing skills and experience in creating well-written, insightful content (both copy and visual assets). The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, and able to ensure the content provided is published on time and presented in a way that maximizes reader engagement. The candidate will need to actively engage with the business and BMC to develop and coordinate the content calendar with input from the BMC team that leverages the respective social media handles. The candidate will also stay up to date with both general industry and EY social media trends, visual identity guidelines, and develop campaign metrics reports. The candidate will be working with a global team and should be aware of cross-cultural sensitivities and open to flexible work timings. He/she would be expected to learn quickly and stay up to date on what is happening in the sector they’re assigned.
You will also be hands-on in campaign execution. From devising timelines and managing budgets to handling various campaign channels such as social media and other digital channels you will oversee the entire process. Analyzing campaign performance and deriving insights will also be a key responsibility.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, creation, design, and publication of content across EY’s digital marketing channels, including social media, EY.com, paid media platforms, SharePoint, and internal advocacy tools.
- Develop compelling, audience-centric content for various formats—social media posts, web pages, paid ads, PPTs, PDFs, infographics, and videos—ensuring alignment with EY’s brand voice and business priorities.
- Manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms using EY’s social media and digital asset management tools, ensuring timely and accurate publication.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to plan, execute, and monitor integrated digital campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives.
- Oversee paid media strategies, including budget allocation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic channels.
- Analyze performance metrics across all digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite, working closely with the Analytics Lead to generate actionable insights and executive‑level reports.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and social listening to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, converting data into strategic recommendations.
- Create interactive dashboards and story-driven presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools to communicate campaign impact and ROI.
- Manage digital asset repositories and ensure consistent branding and accessibility of marketing materials across teams and platforms.
- Support internal communications and employee advocacy initiatives by managing content on platforms like SharePoint and Elevate, including license management and user engagement reporting.
- Coordinate with BMC and business stakeholders to align content calendars and campaign messaging with business goals and audience needs.
- Provide operational and administrative support for digital marketing activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and event execution (e.g., webinars, podcasts, roundtables).
- Counsel and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Support career development through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Global Delivery Services, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve digital marketing processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
Skills and attributes for success
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to craft compelling narratives across diverse digital formats and channels.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, paid media, and marketing communications across global platforms.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including EY.com, paid media platforms, SharePoint, employee advocacy tools, and digital asset management systems.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Hootsuite, and social listening platforms.
- Expertise in campaign measurement and performance analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level reports.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint for storytelling, Excel for data analysis, and Word for content development.
- Project management excellence, with the ability to lead multi-channel campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Strong data visualization capabilities using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create intuitive dashboards and performance reports.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 10+ years of digital marketing, social media experience
- Through knowledge about the content pattern and technical acquaintance with various social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Facebook, Instagram
- Social media analytics experience
- Experience in working within a B2B brand
- Experience with key topics emerging in the consultancy and digital landscape
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
- Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
- Deep understanding of EY brand guidelines – to avoid suggesting any deliverables that won’t get through SCORE.
- Strong AI / Co-Pilot skills – this will enable faster to market delivery, particularly with social media captions, summary statements, etc.
