The opportunity
Right now, we are looking for Oracle E Business Functional Finance Architect / Manager to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Oracle products. The Oracle E Business Functional Finance Architect / Manager provides cross functional support and delivery across core Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Procurement, Order Management. The role ensures operational stability, delivers enhancements, supports business users, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise.
Your key responsibilities
Configuration & System Enhancements:
- Perform configuration updates across setups such as flexfields, workflows, value sets, approvals, and cross module setups.
- Document functional changes and support preparation of MD50/BR100 artefacts.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Testing & Release Management:
- Develop test scripts for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Execute regression cycles to ensure system stability across modules
Data, Interfaces & Integrations:
- Support integrations using API, OAF, OIC, XML, and custom interfaces.
- Assist with data loads, reconciliations, and master data governance.
Business Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with business SMEs to streamline operations and strengthen controls.
- Deliver training, UAT support, and process documentation.
- Participate in Oracle Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
- Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new Oracle solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
- Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.
Functional Support & Troubleshooting (L2/L3):
- Provide functional support across multiple EBS modules.
- Analyse and resolve issues affecting daily operations, reporting, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 6–10 years Oracle EBS experience across Financials, SCM, or HR.
- Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
- German or French skills
- MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
