The opportunity

We are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for User interface designing and assessment of various Marketing technology products used within BMC

Your key responsibilities

• Oversee the digital user experience of ey.com.
• Help to evolve EY brand user experience accross various Martech products
• Helping our stakeholders to personalize ey.com pages.
• Support UAT team to sign off design related UI/UX tickets/questions/issues.
• Helping as creative designer for the DM Playbook - Product Knowledgebase repository
• Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
• Address product, marketing and business needs.
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
• Provide support and internal training.
• Conduct, observe and analyse usability testing sessions.
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures.
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with web and mobile app design.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
• Working knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Sketch.
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Working knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Sketch.
• Experience with web and mobile app design.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience creating rapid prototypes.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and the use of various Javascript frameworks in interface design.

Technologies and Tools

• Content management system (AEM, Wordpress etc)
• Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sprinklr, Hubspot etc)
• MS Office tools (Word, Excel, IE); web/production technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
