I. Key Responsibilities

• Process payments to employees as per scheduled and instruction.
• Verify invoices/documents and record to accounting system.
• Organize, manage, and keep track of employee payables/business advance/personal expense.
• Reconcile with bank statement and other balance sheet accounts with sub-ledgers.
• Handle tax declaration monthly.
• Perform other duties assigned.

II. Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience in similar business environment
• University degree in accounting
• Ability to work independently, well-organized and have analysis skill
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent excel skill and proficiency in other MS office applications
• Experience in SAP is a must
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
