Learning Deployment Coordinator – Associate

In the Deployment team, we are responsible for delivering an exceptional learning experience to our learners through the planning and delivery of high-quality learning programs and activities.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Role : Learning Deployment Coordinator – Asean
Team : Asean Learning & Development Team
Reports to : Asean Learning & Development Leader
Key stakeholders : Service Line Business Teams
Purpose : To support the learning needs of our people.

Your key responsibilities
1. Learning Deployment Management
• Manage the deployment of Global, Regional, or Country learning courses across various delivery channels (e.g., virtual/physical classrooms, webcasts, eLearning, etc).
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
• Support deployment projects and liaise with teams for learning administration.
• Ensure compliance with established controls

2. Class and Participant Management
• Manage overall logistics for learning events, including attendance lists and registrations via the in-house learning system.
• Manage participant management for assigned courses including assisting in registration, scheduling, communication, handling queries, managing the in-house learning system and shares best in class principles with teams.
• Manage instructor and learner management, including assisting in scheduling, communication, handling queries, and managing the in-house learning system.
• Deliver end-to-end logistics for learning events, including setting up training rooms, monitoring and reporting on absentees, providing logistical support to instructors and organizing course materials for virtual/physical classrooms. Produce virtual sessions and serve as emcee.
• Manage post-course administration, including Continuing Education (CE) processing, maintaining CE records, sending course evaluation requests, compiling evaluation results, conducting learning compliance checks, and arranging for make-up sessions.

3. Reporting and Continuous Improvement
• Support learning reporting by preparing and analyzing learning reports and information and monitors training consumption.
• Assess continuous process improvement on training needs and compliance, and handle queries from instructors and learners.
• Contribute to the effective measurement of learning solutions and seek to continuously improve internal practices to best in class standards.

4. Budget and Vendor Management
• Manage operational budgets, including reviewing monthly pre-billing reports and monitoring training costs.
• Coordinate vendor and venue management, including sourcing, coordinating, and processing invoices.

5. Additional Duties
• Manage conference and event logistics, providing on-site support during overseas/external training events.
• Monitor and process professional qualification programs.
• Manage SharePoint site content.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills and attributes for success

• Project management skills and familiarity with virtual delivery platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.

To qualify for the role you must have
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
