Job Title: Senior Associate – Learning Deployment Specialist
Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Job Summary: L&D VTH is a core learning team within the Global Delivery Services organization, responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions to EY Global teams, member firms, and service lines. The Learning Deployment Specialist (Senior Associate) is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of learning courses and projects, including scheduling, SuccessFactors setup, nominations, logistics, compliance, and bridge submissions, as well as producing and hosting virtual learning sessions as needed. The role supports exceptional client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while building positive relationships with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
This role will be positioned within the Talent & Organisation Development Team, part of Core Business Services (CBS), which supports EY Ireland’s 5,000+ employees throughout the employee lifecycle—from attracting great people to helping them grow and advance their careers. Essential Functions of the Job:
The key function of this position is to deploy learning programs end-to-end and produce virtual classrooms in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Develop initial course schedules and submit requests to create and publish schedule offerings and content in SuccessFactors.
- Support end-to-end execution of learning deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event logistics.
- Monitor participant nominations and manage learner cancellations, no-shows, and reassignments, including coordinating alternative training dates where needed.
- Serve as first point of contact for Talent and Organisation Development queries related to assigned courses; manage shared mailboxes.
- Prepare facilitators for delivery by coordinating logistics, briefings, and ongoing facilitator support.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites (joining instructions, learner/facilitator information) and ensure content relevancy.
- Host and produce online modules, webcasts, and virtual learning sessions; advise on best practices for interactivity.
- Act as a vILT producer when centralised vILT support is unavailable, using Microsoft Teams and other virtual platforms as needed.
- Generate and distribute post-session artefacts and reports, including attendance records, polls, whiteboards, chat transcripts, and Mural boards, as required.
- Send producer feedback surveys to facilitators/requesters and track actions.
- Act as a liaison between learners, facilitators, and Talent teams, building trusted relationships with facilitators and regional coordinators.
- Follow Learning Administration process maps, procedures, and work instructions to maintain SLA adherence and quality standards.
- Support operational excellence through the Learning Deployment Operating Model and contribute to process documentation and lessons learned.
- Support end-to-end execution of the Bridge process, including completion of contracts and Bridge submissions.
- Support on-site learning delivery as required; arrange venues and accommodation for residential courses.
- Ensure CE credits are awarded where applicable and maintain accurate learning consumption and satisfaction reporting (L1–L3).
- Assist with GDS initiatives and other projects as assigned; follow organizational policies and processes.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support a global audience; effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and dependability, including adjusting work schedules to meet peak demands and time zones.
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors (or similar LMS) and ServiceNow; comfort with virtual learning technologies (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect).
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); ability to curate and maintain knowledge resources.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder management/business consulting; ability to influence and drive change and continuous improvement.
- Openness to learn and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance deployment and learner experience.
Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to activities and projects across the wider Talent and Organisation Development function.
- Support the induction of new team members.
Other Requirements:
- Additional language proficiency may be considered based on region/centre needs.
- Flexibility in working hours is required to support EMEIA time zones through rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work extra hours to support special customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Training and Development, or related discipline required. Diploma in Human Resources is an advantage.
Experience:
- Experience working in Learning (or a strong interest in developing a career in Learning).
- Experience in professional services or corporate environments, working in international and diverse teams.
Certification Requirements: Certification/training in hosting MS Teams / Zoom / Webex sessions is an advantage (not mandatory).
