The opportunity

Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is looking for a driven Senior Marketing Coordinator who is a self-starter and flourishes in an agile team environment. The role is best suited for a passionate, proactive marketer who has experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and enjoys working on programs with varying complexities and sizes.

You will be part of the Oceania Marketing team, supporting key strategic Industrials and Energy programs across Mining and Metals, Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, and Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility.

Working in an agile environment, you will develop and deliver marketing campaigns that create seamless customer lifecycle journeys, maximise engagement, and drive value for our clients.

The successful candidate is an excellent project coordinator, communicator, and collaborator across teams and stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is curious-minded, proactive, able to provide first-class CX, can be led but can also lead at times, is motivated, and willing to roll up their sleeves during peak periods.

Your key responsibilities

Drive high-impact marketing programs and campaigns

  • Partner closely with Industrials and Energy Marketing Program Managers and key business stakeholders to design and execute integrated marketing programs, client campaigns, and events aligned to our industry go-to-market strategy.

Lead end-to-end campaign delivery

  • Coordinate across Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) functions—including social, design, web, and communications—to bring campaigns to life seamlessly and effectively.

Manage multiple projects with agility

  • Oversee several campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are met—even in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Bring fresh thinking and innovation

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaigns, test new ideas, and implement creative solutions that drive stronger engagement and measurable impact.

Champion operational excellence

  • Continuously improve ways of working by challenging existing processes, identifying efficiencies, and contributing ideas to optimise resources and manage costs.

Build strong stakeholder relationships

  • Establish credibility by developing a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities, industry dynamics, and business goals, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Deliver exceptional client-focused outcomes

  • Leverage the right tools, platforms, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery and a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Use data to inform decisions

  • Track and report on campaign performance (KPIs), draw actionable insights, and recommend optimisations to improve results and ROI.

Foster a collaborative team culture

  • Contribute positively to the team by supporting colleagues, encouraging collaboration, and navigating challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Support budget and supplier management

  • Assist in managing campaign budgets through regular tracking and reporting, and oversee relationships with external vendors in line with procurement policies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum 8 -10 years of end-to-end campaign management experience, event management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects.
  • Passionate about Marketing and Communications.
  • Excellent writing skills and content development.
  • Strong marketing communication and Customer Experience skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management and implementation.
  • Advanced in AI tools including Co-pilot, ChatGPT
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in working in agile teams.
  • Evidence of displaying and leveraging leading practices, diverse perspectives and lessons learned.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects.
  • Adheres to budgets, objectives and deadlines on projects with the aim of enhancing productivity and value.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
  • Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of running large, logistically complex Global events
  • Knowledge of meeting industry software, CRM, including web registration & digital marketing applications
  • Demonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders, and peers
  • Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge
  • Interest in project management and technical/digital affinity
  • Able to work virtually and with flexible shift timing
