Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The Opportunity
The Temenos Migration Developer will be involved in execution of data migration activities for Private Wealth Core implementation projects. This role requires strong expertise in migration strategies, deep technical knowledge of Temenos platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and data architects.
The position involves defining migration requirements, developing source-to-target mappings, configuring DM tool, building, optimizing and executing migration scripts, and ensuring data integrity throughout the transformation from legacy f to Temenos Private Wealth Core. The developer will also play a key role in validating migrated data, managing reconciliation processes, mitigating risks, and aligning migration deliverables with overall program objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Migration Strategy: Define and oversee the end-to-end migration approach, including ETL processes, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation for Temenos Wealth implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on Temenos T24 architecture, administration, configuration, and data structures, ensuring robust migration solutions.
- Design & Development Oversight: Supervise development activities using Infobasic, Core Java, EJB, J2EE, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) to deliver high-quality migration components.
- Database Management: Ensure efficient handling of relational and hierarchical databases such as Oracle, DB2, Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Functional Knowledge: Apply expertise in core banking and wealth modules, including Private Banking, Securities, Accounting, Compliance, AML, and GL structures, to align migration with business requirements.
- Documentation & Governance: Prepare and validate migration documentation, including strategy papers, data mapping, ETL process flows, and reconciliation reports, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, clarify migration needs, and provide regular progress updates to project managers and technical leads.
- Leadership & Team Management: Manage large migration teams, mentor resources, and foster a quality-driven culture while ensuring timely delivery of migration milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential migration risks, implement mitigation strategies, and handle critical issues effectively to keep projects on track.
- Pre-sales & Planning Support: Contribute to effort estimation, engagement assessments, and pre-sales activities, while supporting project planning and resource allocation.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on migration best practices and Temenos tools.

- MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 12 to 18 Yrs
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Ideally, you’ll also
- Need to work as a team lead in one or more T24 projects.
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
- Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
- Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

- Mentoring and training team members on migration best practices
