Senior ARIS Specialist – Process Management & Process Mining
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Language Requirement: Arabic (professional fluency) and English
Role Overview
The Senior ARIS Specialist will play a key role in delivering and sustaining enterprise‑scale process management and process mining initiatives, with ARIS positioned as the backbone for process design, governance, and insight enablement. The role requires a hands‑on practitioner who is comfortable working across process modelling, process mining outputs, and stakeholder coordination, while supporting business and transformation teams in a structured, disciplined manner.
The individual will work closely with business process owners, transformation teams, and technical specialists, ensuring that process models and insights are accurate, governed, and actionable. Arabic communication skills are essential, given the close interaction with local stakeholders in KSA‑based engagements.
Key Responsibilities
ARIS Modelling & Repository Management
- Develop, maintain, and govern end‑to‑end process models in ARIS (BPMN / EPC), ensuring consistency, traceability, and adherence to modelling standards.
- Support the establishment and ongoing operation of ARIS as a centralized process repository, including version control, governance workflows, and documentation structure.
- Work closely with process owners to validate process flows, roles, controls, and handoffs, ensuring models reflect actual operations.
Process Mining & Insight Enablement
- Work hands‑on across process mining platforms such as Celonis, ARIS Process Mining, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, or Mindzie (any one or more), supporting process discovery and analysis efforts.
- Collaborate with analytics and data teams to align mined insights with ARIS process models.
- Support interpretation of process variants, deviations, and performance insights, linking findings back to documented processes.
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key coordination point between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring common understanding of process structures and outcomes.
- Conduct workshops and walkthroughs (Arabic and English) to review process models, findings, and improvement opportunities.
- Support stakeholder alignment by translating technical or analytical outputs into clear, business‑friendly process narratives.
Standards, Quality & Governance
- Apply and enforce ARIS modelling conventions, naming standards, and governance rules across projects.
- Support ARIS environment administration activities such as model quality checks, structure optimization, and user enablement (in coordination with platform admins where applicable).
- Contribute to process documentation, user guides, and modelling standards to improve adoption and long‑term sustainability.
Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Work as part of multi‑disciplinary delivery teams spanning BPM, process mining, ERP, and analytics.
- Support senior team members in managing deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, assets, and reusable components.
Experience & Skill Profile
- 6–10 years of relevant experience across process modelling, BPM, or process mining roles.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with ARIS (process modelling, repository usage, standards, governance).
- Exposure to at least one process mining platform (Celonis, ARIS Process Mining, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, Mindzie).
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions and validating process content.
- Professional fluency in Arabic, with the ability to conduct workshops and reviews; strong working knowledge of English.
- Experience supporting large transformation or change initiatives in KSA or the wider Middle East is highly desirable.
What This Role Requires Day‑to‑Day
- Precision in modelling
- Discipline in governance
- Confidence in stakeholder interaction
- Comfort operating between business conversations and technical artefacts
This role suits someone who takes ownership of process accuracy and usability, not just tool operation.
