About the Role

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead client engagements and transformation programs that help organizations improve performance, accelerate growth, and navigate change.

You will work directly with senior executives, shape transformation agendas, and lead teams to deliver practical and measurable business outcomes.

This role is suited for individuals who combine structured thinking, strong business judgment, and the ability to lead complex initiatives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation initiatives across:
    • Operating Model Transformation
    • Supply Chain Transformation
    • Finance Transformation
    • Organization & Governance
    • Performance Improvement
    • PMO / Transformation Management
    • Enterprise-wide Change Programs
  • Diagnose business challenges and define actionable transformation opportunities.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Manage executive stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Lead project teams, oversee delivery quality, and coach junior consultants.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal development, and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 7–12 years of relevant experience in consulting, transformation, or operational leadership roles.
  • Experience from Big 4 Consulting, strategy/transformation consulting firms, or leading transformation initiatives within large organizations.
  • Professional certifications are advantageous:
    • PMP, Agile, Scrum
    • Lean Six Sigma
    • APICS / CSCP / CPIM
    • ACCA, CPA, CFA
    • PROSCI or Change Management certifications
