Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

As a Senior in Technology Risk, you will be part of a high-performing, international team delivering IT audit and technology risk services to leading global clients.
The opportunity
CSS roles are created to provide tailored suite of services to consulting teams across competencies and regions within EY. Responsibilities include collaboration and service provision to Consulting leaders to manage their portfolio and practice operations more efficiently and effectively. The Business Insights Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify relevant information, and transform data into executive-ready insights and business stories. Responsibilities include supporting leadership decision-making through analysis, reporting, presentation development, and AI-enabled insight generation. The role requires collaboration with Consulting, Analytics, and AI teams to deliver high-quality business intelligence, reporting governance, and actionable recommendations. Strong analytical thinking, communication, storytelling, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
Your key responsibilities
- Understand business needs and stakeholder objectives.
- Translate business questions into analytical use cases and solution concepts.
- Identify and gather relevant data from multiple internal sources.
- Collaborate with Analytics and AI teams to develop insight-driven solutions.
- Create business briefings, executive summaries, and client insights.
- Use GenAI-powered tools and dashboards to generate and maintain presentations and reports.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable business narratives.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and governance of reporting outputs.

To qualify for the role, you mut have
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with AI, GenAI, Copilot, or analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure, Fabric, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting client-facing teams, sales, or account management.
