The opportunity
The Supervising Associate will lead regional Vulnerability Health & Hygiene reporting efforts across Super Regions and countries. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement, overseeing governance, and ensuring data quality and reporting consistency, contributing to the enhancement of EY's overall security posture
Your key responsibilities
The role will lead regional vulnerability health and hygiene reporting efforts across assigned Super Regions, coordinating and engaging with both regional and global stakeholders to support reporting activities, escalations, and remediation tracking. It will oversee governance processes, reporting cadence, and metric standardization, while reviewing and validating vulnerability data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. In addition, the role will provide guidance and oversight to Senior Associates supporting data analysis and reporting tasks.

- Strong understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear manner.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- RBVM experience and familiarity with risk-based prioritization approaches.
- Exposure to AI and next-generation tools for automation and operational efficiency.
To qualify for the role you must have
- 6+ years of experience in an information security role, with exposure to vulnerability management
- Familiarity with security controls applicability, implementation and threat landscapes
- A willingness to engage with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Basic experience in data analytics and reporting
- Strong knowledge of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience assessing and communication risk to all levels within an organization
- A fundamental understanding of security control functionality
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Analytics background
- Vulnerability management experience
