We are seeking for a Data Business Analyst to join our Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally
Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding business requirements, mapping data from source to target systems, designing and implementing data transformation processes.

Work closely with clients in Cyprus and abroad to understand their fundamental business challenges and bring your experience to enable them to transform their business and solve their most complex data problems

Coordinate client workshops, gather and document business and data requirements and translate them into technical requirements and user stories

Be part of multi-disciplinary agile teams of other analysts, developers, data engineers, QA testers, Business SMEs and Product Owners

Lead playback sessions, scope/user story walk-throughs to client stakeholders

Contribute to business case developments and proposal preparations

Create and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams
To qualify for the role, you should have

BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
-
Data migration / data integration expertise, preferably within the insurance / financial services industry.

Data mapping and data analysis skillset and ability to work with ERDs and database schemas.

Experience working with agile methodologies

Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience

Technical knowledge of SQL and data profiling tools will be considered an advantage
-
Technical ETL tools knowledge will be considered an advantage
