The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the WHT application. You will work across both front-end and back-end development, building intuitive React interfaces, scalable Node.js services, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with business and technology teams to translate functional requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React
• Build and maintain scalable back-end services using Node.js
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality and system integrations
• Develop and maintain end-to-end business workflows for the WHT application
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization across front-end and back-end components
• Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
• Ensure application security, code quality, reliability, and maintainability through engineering best practices
• Support application deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Software Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development
• Strong experience developing back-end applications and services using Node.js
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data structures, and application integration
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices
• Experience working with cloud-based environments and application deployment is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
