Responsibilities:
PROGRAM LOGISTICS: Proactively plan logistical aspects of training events (i.e. venues, materials, catering, room setup, keeping track of timelines, pre-course work assignments, etc.)
Coordinate trainings to ensure it proceeds smoothly on time and for the targeted participants.
TRAINING CALENDAR: Coordinate training schedules, and promotion of programs to support the L&D team
Collaborate with different teams to promote the programs and track training schedules.
DOCUMENTATION: Administer internal training programs and activities; prepare related materials and documentation; update and monitor training data and metrics
Updated training records, policies, training database and dashboards
SYSTEM SUPPORT: Update and manage Workday processes which may include creation of classes, roster management, transcript updating when certifications and trainings have been completed
Updates in Workday and Employee Transcripts
FEEDBACK: Interact with teammates, direct managers, and stakeholders when necessary to aid in the building process of learning and development plans and improvement strategies; Collect feedback from employees after completion of training programs and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:
Keen interest in training design and delivery for classroom, virtual classroom, and eLearning format
Excellent time management skills and can handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people teams, managers, supervisors, and vendors
Excellent recordkeeping and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
Technical Expertise: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (e.g. Workday, etc.)
Bachelors degree holder of Human Resources and/or Business Courses
