The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the comprehensive ERM and BCM programs at Genentech’s Primary US Distribution Center in Louisville, KY. Mitigate Supply Chain Interruptions: Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and formulate documented recovery strategies to minimize operational downtime and protect critical pharmaceutical inventory.
Oversee Physical Security Integration: Manage site security operations—including contract providers, surveillance architectures, and regulatory compliance (FDA/DEA)—while seamlessly embedding physical security threats into the overarching ERM framework.
Direct Insurance & Claims Portfolio: Coordinate site asset exposure documentation and claims management alongside Roche Group Insurance and external brokers to leverage data-driven risk transfer strategies.
Establish Collaborative Governance: Design cross-functional risk steering committees and RACI models to embed risk ownership across diverse site operations without relying on direct authority.
Harmonize Global Standards: Serve as the primary facility liaison to Roche’s global risk and security networks, aligning local operations with global best practices while partnering with external 3PLs and regulatory bodies.

Experienced Resilience Leader: 10–15 years of progressive experience in ERM, BCM, crisis management, or physical security, including at least 5 years within a highly regulated sector like pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare logistics.
