70%of Time · Understand, Design, Develop, Deliver, and Improve Process Automations (PA) while following Process Automation COE guidelines. · Solve day to day technical issues arising from running Automation -enabled processes and provide timely resolutions. Adhere to Support SLA Benchmarks and Keep The Lights On. · Collaborate with business SME to create process documentation in line with technical requirements and translate process flows into technical design and solutions. · Automate processes within defined scope and as per automation program timelines. · Manage scope changes through appropriate change control boards. · Ensure relevant approvals are taken from stakeholders during lifecycle of developing and deploying automations and workflows. · Create and maintain appropriate documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during Development, UAT and Production phase. · Design solutions which enable integration of Automation tool with enterprise/external applications such as SAP, CRM, Web Portals, and On-premise & Cloud Applications. · Build prototypes, add new features, troubleshoot existing issues, and re-engineer existing solutions for improving performances and further automation of solutions. · Completes work assignments and priorities by coordinating and communicating with global stakeholders.
