What Your Role Is
We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand & Category Manager who, based in our Madrid office and reporting to the Marketing & Category Manager, will be in charge of the full implementation of the brand & category strategy in the market, including all the brand 4P’s in collaboration with the cross-functional and regional brand development teams. This role will manage a business between 21MM€ - 28MM€.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds, together with the Marketing & Category Manager, the annual brand plans and build the internal & external engagement strategies, from internal presentations with the commercial team, sales field force, customers trade stories & meetings, etc.
- Support JCP process and be the category vision ambassador internally and externally.
- Engage with Sales and Customers to execute all brand plans in all channels: assortment, promotional strategy, visibility and merchandising for all channels. Develop and drive a grow sales fundamental strategy.
- Builds robust NPD launching plan including commercial strategy (price, promotion, dist. etc), financial model and brand local adaptations.
- Builds and implements the 360 degrees activation plan for the brand, including promotions, in-store visibility, and media.
- Is the driver of brand insights, supporting the Marketing and Category Manager in the preparation of the monthly Category-Brand review: analyze market, GM and competitor´s performance, track sales by brand/segment and work along with KAMs to bring plans to accelerate growth, mitigate risk or close any deviation/gap.
- Control Marketing & Category budget.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Level: MBA or other graduate degree
- Minimum 3 years of marketing/category experience in FMCG
- Commercial experience will be a great plus
- English C1
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
