Function Overview
The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. This collaborative approach ensures a well-coordinated supply chain that aligns with both organizational goals and dynamic market conditions.

Purpose of the role
This role is responsible for supporting supply planning activities of finished and Semi product planning in global planning hub. Sustaining and continuously improving the supply planning capability by reviewing the impact on business KPI’s and supporting the scalability and standardization across the regions will be a key responsibility of this role. This role works closely with all the regional planning teams and regional COE’s in sustaining and improving the supply planning standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | ||||||||||||

- Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
- Minimum years of related experience required: 3 years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
- Preferred Major Area of Study: Operations / Supply Chain
- Preferred Professional Certifications: CSCMP, APICS
- Preferred years of related experience: 5 years
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in planning, basic supply chain operations and inventory planning
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with industry and business nuances
- Knowledge of GMI data inputs and sources of data
- Understanding of planning tools
- Ability to process and evaluate large data sets
- Usage of data process and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
