Purpose of the role The Role is of a D&T Manager Supply Chain. The D&T Manager Supply chain will play a critical role in developing and leading solutions for in the development and success of our digital products. The Leader is the technical counterpart to the Product Owner from Business and will work closely with them to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements and user stories. This position leads a team of developers, designers, and other technical specialists, delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, prioritizing continuous improvement, innovation and long-term value.

The key responsibilities would include the following: · Technology, Delivery and Process: o Partner with the Product Owner to define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with the overall business strategy. o Translate customer needs and market insights into technical specifications and user stories. o Owns the delivery of highly performant, tested and scalable clean code o Own product deployment and performance in production o Thought partners with the Product Owner in story creation and acceptance criteria, and communicate tradeoffs effectively o Mentors and coaches the technical team o Responsible of anticipating and identifying technical impediments and solves them with architecture design, technology choices and providing recommendations on prioritization order to the PO during planning o Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and other technical specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. o Facilitate and participate in the estimating and planning of sprints, encouraging team commitment & shared understanding. o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the pod and with other stakeholders. o Track and report on key product metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization. o Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in software development, design, and technology. o Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Run team. · Team Leadership & Development: o Set clear directions, align, and motivate team members to achieve functional technology goals and objectives. o Manage team member's professional, personal, and social development through Individual Development Plans and Performance Appraisals. o Lead the hiring process for new personnel and implement retention strategies to secure key technology talent. · Strategic Technology Responsibility: o Participate/Responsible for identifying technology-related risks and issues and develop strategic technology solutions, work with Palantir Platform owners and product team to deliver supply chain cutting edge solutions across the market segments. o Define and prioritize technology initiatives within the team to drive maximum value to the business and partners. · Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders, including influencing leaders on technology strategy.
