Purpose of the role
The Sr. D&T Manager – Global Impact is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the technology strategy and execution to support the organization's environmental sustainability goals. This role will act as a strategic partner to Global Impact leadership, developing a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES | ||||||||||||

· Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Global Impact leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. · Act as a trusted advisor on technology trends and opportunities related to environmental sustainability. · Translate business needs and sustainability goals into actionable technology strategies. · Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive multiyear technology roadmap for environmental sustainability, aligned with the organization's overall sustainability strategy. · Prioritize technology investments based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives. · Manage Budget and fiscal discipline for technology initiatives for global impact. · Proactively monitor and evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to advance environmental sustainability initiatives. Identify and assess innovative technology solutions from external partners and lead pilots. · Monitor global environmental regulations and assess their potential impact on the organization's operations and reporting requirements. · Collaborate with legal, compliance, and sustainability teams to stay abreast of regulatory changes and best practices. · Keep the D&T leadership informed with developments and regular updates. · As dedicated D&T contact for global impact business, manage all project deliverables, ensuring they meet budget, scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | ||||||||||||
|
- Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Electronics/Electrical. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidate should have expertise in disciplines like Stakeholder management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, Program Management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications for environmental sustainability.
- Experience with data analysis, data management, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with global environmental regulations and reporting frameworks
- Possess a strong understanding of systems of record commonly used in the CPG / Manufacturing industry for capturing relevant data. i.e. PLM, SAP, MES, WMS, Transportation & Logistics systems.
- Knowledge of Data Architecture in Supply Chain processes.
- Hands on experience on self-service analytics tools.
- Understanding of technologies like Cloud Platform, Data platforms, Business intelligence tools. Integration technologies like API.
- Candidate should possess strong skills in Strategic Planning, decision making, analytical ability, Communication & Presentation, Problem Solving
