Job Description

Identify and mitigate risk associated with various business practices and operations

- Draft and maintain intercompany agreements (i.e., services, lending, licensing)

- Monitor and Provide guidance on data privacy and other applicable laws and regulations

- Develop and maintain policies & procedures to support relevant regional legal function

- Analyze complex legal issues and applicable laws as they relate to business of relevant GM region

- Review, negotiate, and Draft agreements for domestic and international transactions

- Provide assistance in advising on contractual matters and compliance matters

- Assist in legal budget management and management of outside legal counsel
