Job Description

Contribute to seeding the accurate brand message across the global organization, dealerships, media outlets, agencies, etc.

- Ensure that all creative marketing materials adhere to strict brand guidelines.

- Conduct market research and analyze data to gain marketing insights and uncover key consumer insights and competitive opportunities.

- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for various GM products including vehicles, accessories, parts, services, etc.

- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

- Maintain and update corporate creative content.

- Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; CRM, agencies, GM partners, etc.

- Undertake related tasks as assigned.

Community Operation Manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in user operation or community activity operation.

2. Proficient in utilizing existing car enthusiast communities to establish relevant strategies, strong self-drive, and ability to execute relevant strategies.

3. Strong communication skills, and actively connect with existing communities in various regions.

4. High execution efficiency, ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, and excellent project management experience.

5. Proficient in using daily office software (Word/Excel/PPT, etc.), with certain data analysis and judgment abilities.

6. Prior experience in luxury brand user operation, high-end club operation, luxury goods membership management, or related work backgrounds is preferred.

Community is the most important business sector for Premium Import in GM. We are building an unconventional community for the unique products and unique GM customers. Community is the foundation of consumers and prospects who share the same value. We are creating a platform to carry the business moving forward.

This role needs to understand customer insights from Chinese HNWIS to middle/upper class consumers. S/he will need to responsible for community operation.

Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for channel operation, maintain relationship and improve NPS according to company community strategy
  • Leverage existing local car clubs to enrich user experiences and drive user engagement and brand aspiration
  • Collaborate to create campaign in conjunction with major brand milestones
  • Coordinate community content and operation, engage users to create high-quality content, develop a UGC and word-of-mouth through KOC nurture and management
  • KOC identify, nurture and management, drive referral
