Job Description

• Realizar a pré-preparação e preparação dos itens do menu, de acordo com a Coordenação e as instruções.
• Auxiliar na orientação das atividades realizadas pelos Ajudantes Gerais e 1/2 Oficiais do restaurante.
• Participar da degustação final dos pratos.
• Informar a coordenação de quaisquer não conformidades relacionadas com a operação, tais como: preparação e cocção de alimentos, limpeza, manutenção e /ou reparos de equipamentos, aspectos de segurança entre outros.
• Realizar o controle das planilhas de monitoramento de temperaturas.
• Auxiliar na criação de novas receitas e / ou adaptações, quando necessárias.
• Conhecimento com porcionamento, preparo carnes nobres, pratos à la carte e refeições lights.

Additional Job Description

Requisitos Necessários:

• Ensino Médio Completo.
• Conhecimento em cozinha industrial e/ou restaurantes.
• Disponibilidade de horário para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando é necessário.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Ter CNH.
