Additional Job Description

Responsable de:

• Apoyar las operaciones de los Programas de Venta de Vehículos y las actividades de la Flota de Mercadeo.

• Seguimiento de pagos

• Seguimiento inmediato de la bandeja de entrada de EEVP.

• Revisar y limpiar bases de datos para el proceso de facturación.

• Revise que toda la documentación de los empleados se proporcione correctamente.

• Seguimiento de placas de registro CDMX a través del proveedor autorizado.

• Soporte informes de deducciones de nómina, conciliación.

• Dar seguimiento a la terminación anticipada del contrato EEVP.

• Apoyar la plataforma y las iniciativas de los programas de compra de vehículos.

• Actualización de la plataforma de soporte con áreas involucradas para Family First y Business Partners.

• Soporte para eventos.

• Soporte en la logística de preparación y ejecución de Chevrolet Live.

Requisitos:

- Estar cursando los últimos periodos de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación Verano 2025 o posterior

- Contar con un nivel intermedio conversacional de inglés

- Seguro facultativo vigente
