Job Description

This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Warren - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.

The Cadillac Curated program will bring ultra lux, concierge-led client experiences and bespoke design opportunities to multiple vehicles in the Cadillac lineup. We’re looking for a marketer with a passion for ultra lux brands and an eye for exceptional client experience to help promote, build and execute the Cadillac Curated program.

This role will be the central point within marketing to identify and bring together all the processes, materials, and resources necessary to launch and support Cadillac Curated. You will function as an integral member on the Cadillac marketing team, driving integration across all sales, marketing, design, comms, product and engineering initiatives. You’ll be responsible for creating this VIP curated program, including managing VIP client engagement, creating ultra lux client experiences, building all the processes and resources necessary to support the client journey, driving integration with our dealers and sales teams, defining extraordinary delivery and aftersales experiences, and in turn elevating the Cadillac brand.

The ideal Cadillac Curated Assistant Marketing Manager candidate will be highly creative and innovative with ultra luxury experience. The role will heavily rely on a deep understanding of ultra-high net worth client expectations, a desire to create an exceptional client journey, an innovative spirit, and an understanding of how marketing channels, client experiences and program elements can come together to delight Cadillac VIPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Cadillac Product, Cadillac Design, Program Management, and more to refine the Cadillac Curated strategy and processes to bring the program to life

  • Be the Curated product marketing subject matter expert, providing consistent leadership, direction, and support for each approved Curated program

  • Lead research to develop a deep understanding of the Curated target client and competitor offerings and recommend approaches to optimize our product offer, client engagement approach, and messaging

  • Drive the representation of the Cadillac curated program across each Cadillac channel, including website, social, experiential, and paid and earned media

  • Monitor and track progress on marketing initiatives, working closely with teams across PDM, social, website and our agency partners

  • Lead and enable all workstreams to sell, distribute, and support Curated vehicles, including developing the vehicle configurator, client dashboard, ordering system, and delivery and aftersales processes

  • Develop and manage the curated client experience, including the design process, client communications templates, playbooks, gifts, samples and talk tracks

  • Manage cross functional teams to establish timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of projects

  • Foster strong partner relationships and hold weekly status meetings with product, design, engineering, comms, regional sales teams, social, web, CRM, etc.

  • Provide appropriate support to help other GM teams evaluate potential expansion and application of Curated-like offers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably marketing or a related field

  • 5+ years of product marketing or marketing Center Of Excellence (COE) functional experience

  • Proven working experience in project management

  • Ability to occasionally work irregular hours

  • Ability to occasionally travel, 10-15% Domestically
