This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Warren - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Chevrolet Sales Operations Team is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for the role of Chevrolet Assistant Retail Planning Manager.
Chevrolet Sales Operations is a dynamic and fast paced group that supports all areas of Chevrolet Sales and Marketing, from internal Central Office Teams to our National Chevrolet Dealer Network. You will be working directly for Retail Planning Operations. On that team you work on projects to deliver and communicate monthly sales and incentive tactics by working closely with Sales Operations, GM Finance and Marketing to define the programs and obtaining approval through the SMS (Sales, Marketing and Scheduling) process.
In addition, you will be the product owner for the Connected Incentive Management System (CIMS) project. This project will define the future of how our dealers and customers will receive the incentive programs for all GM divisions. You will be the voice of Retail Planning on the project.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Train other retail planning CIMS users / lead User Acceptance Testing tactics / System Owner for CIMS 1.0 and 2.0
Manage the monthly / periodic changes in incentive offers and ensure they are correct in the CIMS system
Host the monthly proposal review with the key stakeholders in Retail Planning and Finance
Lead the content for the incentive section of the month Go to Market deck, coordinate with cross functional groups to create the Chevrolet Incentive Summary / High Level Summary for distribution to the field and dealers
Maintain tracking of upcoming product launches to ensure that they are included in applicable programs at launch
Develop and produce the daily SFE progress / budget reporting
Develop and deliver various presentations for sales operations / finance reviews
Assist with Lease payment examples
Support requests from the retail advertising teams
Work on cross-functional projects and coordination of various ad-hoc programs
Assist with execution of the monthly Go to Market and Consensus calls
Ability to understand and navigate a complex organization to drive impactful and measurable business results
Key strategist for the development of long-term incentive planning. Identify, in advance, issues that need to be contemplated and addressed. Provide well thought out and actionable plans to address
Subject matter expert of competitive programs and how they compare to Chevrolet go to market strategy.
Provide insights / corrective proposals to maintain competitive position
Drive the development of the CIMS / Connect project to ensure that Retail Planning (the business) for all divisions have the optimum tool to create and execute incentive programs
Identify, prioritize, and monitor the corrective actions of CIMS Development, enhancements, and bugs
Assist with and develop Power BI dashboards as needed
Confirm that proper resources are utilized, and results are completed as planned

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area
Dealer contact experience
Data analysis and program management
5+ years GM experience including Central Office, Dealership, Marketing, Service
Proven strong communication and data analysis skills
Extremely very high level of PowerPoint and Excel capability included VBA
Self-starter and quick learner who understands GM Central Office and Dealer Network
Ability to quickly learn business processes and functional areas
