Job Description

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Cadillac Tower, Warren MI] three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business

The analyst will be responsible of coordinating cross Brand Incentives such as Employee, Supplier, Affinity, Courtesy Transportation, GM Card etc. In addition, the analyst will support special requests and special projects like Tariff, ZEV State Strategy, Future Program Incentives, etc.).

We are seeking a highly motivated, engaged, and organized self-starter with strong analytical and technical skills. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships with various Finance departments and Retail Planning.

  • Preparation and timely review of SMS material with US Incentives Director: Consolidation of Brands Retail Incentives walks

  • Finance Incentives lead for current and future vehicle programs: develop Sales Allowances assumptions for Current and Future vehicles programs and provide the input to the US Pricing team

  • Subject Matter Expert on JDP PIN analytics and reporting within US Incentives team

  • Lead ZEV states incentive planning and coordinate plans with Retail planning to achieve ZEV state EV mandates

  • Provide Lease penetration updates and reports to the US Incentives team

  • Lead Residual Value analysis for the Incentives team, liaise with CPO and RV leads within each brand and support RV improvement initiatives

  • Finance lead for cross brand Evergreen incentive programs: partner with Retail Planning & Incentives to review and coordinate Evergreen Program proposals (Employee, Supplier, Affinity, Courtesy Transportation, GM Card etc)

  • This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree: business, accounting, finance, economics or related

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting

  • High level of oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and technical aptitude

  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with various groups

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a high level of initiative

  • High degree of proficiency with excel, including formulas & functions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau
