Job Description
Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Detroit, MI three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
We are looking for a team member with a solid SAP background (ideally in the Procure to Pay space), experience in Agile methodology (creation of features and user stories, backlog management),and Project Management.
The Sr RTP Transformation Analyst will be responsible for planning and managing the following areas in support of our transformation journey and supporting our RTP implementations
Organizational Change Management Deployment planning
This position is responsible for managing and implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) and planning/supporting Global deployments in relation to RTP (Request to Pay) Transformation.
In the Deployment Planning role, you will be tasked with coordinating deployment schedules, analyzing resource allocation, and ensuring efficient and effective project execution in support of the Global Roadmap. The analyst will frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment processes and support project management activities.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Analyst should demonstrate strong attention to detail, execute assigned tasks with precision, and independently create straightforward plans to meet established objectives. The work requires a strong degree of agility, collaboration across functions, independent judgment and decision-making, problem-solving skills, creativity, a willingness and ability to learn new concepts, initiative, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes
Key responsibilities include formulating change management strategies, performing impact assessments, and facilitating communication initiatives.
Develop, deliver and manage communication, stakeholder engagement, adoption plans
Integrate change management activities into project plans
Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program
Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners and anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
Prepare and present to leadership current state and future state analyses, cutover and deployment strategies
Establish Global deployment plans/schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT and Business Teams)
Utilize process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, support in the implementation of solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company

Additional Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree (data analytics/data management or organizational change management) or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in organizational change management role and/or in a deployment planning role
Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment
Demonstrated success with establishing and development of relationships across client and/or stakeholder teams
Ability to work with/summarize/interpret large amounts of data
Some Software Training development experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 5%, domestic
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Expert Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel (incl. Pivots) and PowerPoint) – required
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
Basic understanding of Agile Principles in Application Development
Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management frameworks
SAP Ariba Procurement/Contract/Sourcing preferred
Power BI preferred
Exposure to Data Analytical tools
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, spoken and written
