Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Is this the right position to help you achieve your professional goals? Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and supportPower Platform solutions (Power Apps canvas/model-driven, Power Automate; plus supporting SharePoint/Dataverse).
  • Build and customizeSharePoint lists and forms and design data models (SharePoint/Microsoft Lists/Dataverse tables, relationships, data types).
  • Automatebusiness processes/workflows using Power Automate (including troubleshooting and operational support).
  • Integratesolutions with Microsoft services (SharePoint, Dataverse) and approved third‑party applications/APIs.
  • Ensuresolutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards/governance.
  • Partner with stakeholdersto gather requirements and deliver solutions; provide senior technical leadership/mentoring and help guide platform direction.
  • Advanced experience withPower Apps (canvas + model-driven) and Power Automate (complex flows) with multiple data sources.
  • StrongSharePoint Online expertise (lists/libraries/permissions/site architecture; forms/views customization).
  • Strong understanding ofDataverse and data modeling concepts.
  • Proficiency inPower Fx; working knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/JSON; familiarity with Power Query M/DAX as applicable.
  • Experience withversion control (Git/Azure DevOps or equivalent).
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving; able to work independently and with stakeholders; Agile/Scrum familiarity.
  • Flexibility to travel to offices around the company as needed.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years of experience or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that totals eleven (11) years. (required)
  • At least 5 years of experience building Power Apps canvas apps, complex Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports/dashboards; knowledge of HTML/JSON, relational databases, responsive design, CRUD operations, and REST APIs. (required)
