Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Subcontractor has strong expertise in earned value management (EVM) and change control processes to support complex, high-visibility ND projects. Responsible for helping to ensure earned value management (EVM) and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately.

  • Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines;
  • Coordinate and facilitate change control processes, ensuring all schedule changes are documented, analyzed, and approved in accordance with project governance;
  • Collaborate with chief scheduling team, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate schedule data and support risk mitigation strategies;
  • Generate and present schedule and earned value reports to leadership and project teams;
  • Identify impactful schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment; and
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and project controls methodologies.

Education and Licensure

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, and/or related field. (required)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling with earned value management and change control; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
  • Proficiency with P6 scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of earned value management principles and application.
  • Experience managing schedule change control processes in complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required)
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)
  • Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & LOCATION DETAILS:

  • Active DOE Q Clearance.
  • Albuquerque, New Mexico – onsite position.
  • Period of performance – 6/2026 to 6/2029.
