H2C is performing a Nuclear Leadership Academy designed to Build leaders who model nuclear professionalism, strengthen safety culture, foster collaboration, and drive high-reliability performance utilizing H2C’s Values & Behaviors. This role will help provide the H2C leadership team with support as keynote speakers for H2C’s Nuclear Leadership Academy.

The main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide executive keynote speakers to leadership development
• Develop leadership skills in participants
• Promote nuclear professionalism
• Enhance safety culture within the organization
• Encourage collaboration and high-reliability performance
• Mentoring of other leadership professionals

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of education.

• Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance if required.
• Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing.
• Please note that marijuana remains a Schedule III controlled substance under Federal Law. Federal contractors must follow Federal drug-free workplace rules, which prohibit marijuana use, even if medical or recreational use is permitted under State Law.
• 25+ years of related experience.
• Extended experience with nuclear programs/facilities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and skills
• Experience with Government programs and standards
• Experience with DOE Nuclear Waste programs and standards

Preferred Qualifications and Location Details

• Remote based position.
• Part-Time
• 15+ years in DOE related projects and missions.
