Across Wealth Management, Goldman Sachs helps empower clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking, and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Develop and maintain product analytics, standard dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Adobe Analytics & Tableau to deliver actionable product insights.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and consumer behaviors, translating findings into strategic recommendations for product enhancements and business growth.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise analytics specifications to ensure robust data capture across digital products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Technology, and other teams to integrate data and establish a holistic view of client interactions and journeys.
• Actively manage the data platform product backlog, incorporating emerging priorities and applying industry trends to foster continuous product innovation.
• Analyze and optimize existing data systems, processes, and frameworks, contributing to data governance policies and data maturity assessments.
• Effectively communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, to inform critical business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in applied sciences (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, etc.) or other technical related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience analyzing various data elements, online and mobile customer experiences included.
• Strong problem-solving skills with solid foundation in data analysis to provide insights as well as recommendations to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience with web analytics software (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and familiarity with tag implementation.
• Comfortable designing, managing, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets from various databases using SQL, R and/or Python.
• Prior experience designing, developing, and implementing data visualization in Tableau or Qlik to provide visibility into performance results.
• Communicate performance metrics effectively to senior executives and team members.
• Strong inter-personal skills and a passion to engage with clients with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment.
